  • Other business specific free zones.
 
51% ownership by a UAE national is a requirement for establishing a commercial or industrial business in Dubai (outside the above 4 locations).Foreign companies may open a 100% foreign-owned branch or representative office in Dubai, provided they have a local agent. The local agent must be a UAE national or 100% UAE-owned Company.
