SABA Main Goals and Objectives:
SABA’s main goals and objectives are to remain an
active, well-established and well-reputed property developer
in the Dubai real estate market on a long-term basis.
We do not seek short-term objectives in our business ventures,
rather our tangible short-term profits are utilised as an
investment base for our long-term plans.
Our vision for the market is long term, during which time
we may venture into different types of property development
(e.g. residential, commercial, high rise, hotels, exclusive
villas, etc)
Our short to mid term objectives, with some already materialised,
are primarily concentrated on 2 - 3 year projects such as
SABA-1 Office Tower and SABA-2 & SABA-3 Residential Twin
Towers.
As Dubai real estate market matures and its characteristics
change we adjust our long-term objectives and planning accordingly,
and capitalise on the best business opportunities that cater
to our resources.
