About DMCC |

| The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a strategic government
initiative, offers a unique opportunity for participants in
a wide range of metals and commodities industries. It provides
facilities that bring together the gold and precious metals;
diamonds and coloured stones, energy and other commodities
sectors. The Centre aims to attract key players throughout
the entire value chain of each of these industry sectors,
together with relevant support industries such as finance,
logistics and insurance. |

| DMCC is currently the only UAE free zone authority offering
freehold business premises in addition to all other standard
free zone services -including a 50 year tax free on personal
and income taxes, full foreign ownership of business and a
one stop shop facility for processing of all documentation
including immigration and licensing needs. |

Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange
The Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) is the newest
fully automated, screen based, online commodities exchange
and the first international commodities derivatives market
place in the time zone between Europe & the Far East.
With its extensive portfolio of listed commodities including
Gold, Silver, Currencies, Energy and plans for Steel, Textiles,
Plastics, Freight and Cotton, DGCX offers an efficient electronic
platform for the trading, clearing and settlement of a diverse
range of commercially important derivative products. DGCX
is a joint venture between the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre,
Multi-Commodities Exchange of India (MCX) and Financial Technologies
(India) Limited (FTIL). |

| GOLD & PRECIOUS METALS
SECTOR |
| |
| The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, a strategic government
initiative, integrates the refining, manufacturing and trading
of gold in Dubai, as well as introducing the trading of other
precious metals such as platinum, palladium and silver. DMCC
is facilitating the development and expansion of the regional
precious metals market. DMCC is working with partners, regionally
and internationally, to promote the highest global standards
in product and service development, while encouraging greater
transparency to the benefit of all market participants. |

| DMCC’s planned market infrastructure, including free
zone status, secure vault facilities, purpose built refineries
and workshops and assay facilities, will strengthen Dubai's
position as the leading regional centre for gold and precious
metals. |

Dubai Good Delivery
In line with its ambitious drive to promote international
standards for the local and regional trade, DMCC has developed
the Dubai Good Delivery standard. The creation of this standard
for Gold and Silver fully complements the London Good Delivery
standard. The Standard will improve the tradability and distribution
of these precious metals and will enhance the credibility
of approved refineries. By ultimately increasing confidence
for the local and regional precious metals markets, the Dubai
Good Delivery standard will in turn create extra trade finance
activities. The standard also covers delivery requirements
on the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange, thus easing
processes for active market participants. |

Dubai Gold Sukuk dmcc
The Dubai Gold ‘Sukuk’ is an innovative, gold
related, Islamic financing with an intended principal amount
of at least US$ 200 million. DMCC has appointed Dubai Islamic
Bank (DIB) as Mandated Lead Arranger and Joint Lead Manager,
and Standard Bank (SB) as Joint Lead Manager to create the
Sharia compliant financing, a first for the region.
The tenor of the DMCC financing is intended to be 3-5. It
is currently intended that applications will be made for listings
on the appropriate exchanges in Dubai and overseas. |

Dubai Gold Receipt
The DGR is an electronic gold vault receipt that involves
gold traders, vaults and collateral managers, testers and
banks as the participants of the system. The DGR system offers
an efficient and effective means for the gold trade to access
additional lines of finance to support the rapidly expanding
gold trade of this vibrant region. The creation of the DGR
follows a successful implementation of the Dubai Commodity
Receipt, a similar warehouse receipt for the commodities trade.

| DIAMONDS & COLOURED STONES

| The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre, a strategic government
initiative, is establishing Dubai as a diamond trading and
value-adding centre of global significance alongside leading
international diamond centres including Antwerp, New York
and Mumbai. Under a free zone status, DMCC will accommodate
every facet of the business - manufacturing, trade, education,
certification and technology. Streamlining the trade with
global standards and protecting the legitimate diamond industry
DMCC has been instrumental in implementing the Kimberley Process
Certification Scheme (KPCS) in the United Arab Emirates. Through
the creation of market-specific infrastructure, such as the
Dubai Diamond Exchange, DMCC’s industry initiatives
provide a major impetus to the diamond industry in the region.

Dubai Diamond Exchange
Affiliated with the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, this
exchange facilitates the trading of rough and polished diamonds
and coloured stones. With a primary objective to promote regional
trade with global accessibility, DDE opens the door to tremendous
opportunities for local, regional and international diamond
traders. Regular tenders and training are offered to DDE members

Dubai Gems Club
The Dubai Gems Club is an exclusive platform created to facilitate
trade in gemstones, pearls and diamonds. The Dubai Gems Club
offers its members opportunities to network and engage in
dialogue with the objective of transacting business. The Dubai
Gems Club offers members exclusivity alongside the facility
of secure trading rooms, respecting the privacy of traders,
in keeping with the international norms of the coloured stones

DUBAI CUT Diamond
The unique and exclusively patented DUBAI CUT diamond has
99 facets inspired by the 99 holy names of Allah. Kristall,
the largest Russian polished diamond manufacturer produces
the unique and beautifully manufactured DUBAI CUT exclusively
for DMCC under a legal patent. The internationally renowned
diamond organization known for its high quality standards
will produce a limited number of around 1800 stones annually.
Each diamond will be laser-inscribed with a serial number
and will be presented with a certificate of authenticity stating
that the stone is mined, cut and polished in Russia and meets
the highest quality standards. Dhamani Jewels DMCC, a company
of local and international repute, has been awarded 3-years
exclusive license for selling the Dubai Cut diamond. |

Dubai Gem Certification
The Dubai Gem Certification (DGC) is a unique service created
to facilitate certification for gemstones, pearls and jewellery
items from globally recognized certification bodies. This
certification service is a world-first to be ISO certified
and is exclusive to members. Partnering with global leaders
in certification, DGC assures efficient and speedy turn around
at preferential rates. Alongside certification services, DGC
will provide information and advisory services in Gemstones,
Pearls and Jewellery certification. Promoting international
standards amongst the Middle East and GCC markets, DGC is
set to enhance trade practises and provide a leading edge

Polygon DMCC
Polygon—the jewellery industry’s largest internet

| Located at the crossroads of trade flows between the Arabian
Peninsula, Iran, India and Africa, Dubai is set to become
the first dedicated commodities centre in the time zone between
Europe and the Far East. The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre,
a strategic government initiative and free zone authority,
is building on these natural strengths to reinforce Dubai's
position as a regional hub for the trading of commodities.
Through development of industry-specific market infrastructure,
DMCC increases the value and volume of traded commodities
in and through Dubai. The centre is actively working to develop
value-added services and promote new sources of finance in
line with the needs of the growing market and its participants.

Dubai Tea Trading Centre
A centre established close to the Dubai Ports offering business
centre, storage, blending solutions and professional advisory
and tea tasting services for international tea producers and
buyers. DTTC members include tea producers, exporters, regional
importers and international merchants. DTTC is located at
an existing warehouse facility within the Jebel Ali Free Zone
(JAFZA), with plans to move to a purpose-built facility in
the free zone within the first two years of operation. Current

Dubai Commodity Receipt
In line with the needs of the growing market and its participants,
Dubai introduced a new tool to finance commodity trade - the
Dubai Commodity Receipt (DCR). The DCR is an electronic commodity
warehouse receipt that involves commodity traders, warehouses
and collateral managers, and banks and financiers as the participants
of the system. The DCR System offers an efficient and effective
means for the commodity trade to access additional lines of
finance to support the rapidly expanding commodity trade of
this vibrant region. |

| ENERGY |

| As the scope of the Dubai Multi and Commodities Centre (DMCC)
covers a broad spectrum of commodities it is a natural choice
for the energy industry in Dubai. The centre is creating a
cluster for the industry, facilitating market participants
across the entire energy spectrum. DMCC liaises closely with
its members to establish the physical and electronic infrastructure
required by the energy industry to enhance the volume, variety
and profitability of energy-related activities in Dubai |

Futures Contracts
DMCC’s Energy Division is actively working to develop
energy futures contracts to be traded on the Dubai Gold &
Commodities Exchange. Fujairah fuel oil futures contract offers
an efficient tool to “East of Suez” market participants
in their need to hedge and enhance the expected value of ever
growing fuel oil trading activities. DMCC’s proposed
gasoline futures contract will reinforce Dubai’s position
as a natural hub for regional gasoline trade, linking the
exports of the Mediterranean and Asia to the requirements
of the Middle East and Africa. |

Dubai LNG Storage Hub
DMCC has joined forces with LNG Impel (IMPEL) to develop a
world class Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage facility to
be located at Techno Park in Dubai. With an estimated investment
of US$ 1 billion, the project is envisioned as a massive infrastructure
facility with a total storage capacity ranging from 40 –
65 billion cubic feet (bcf). Dubai LNG Storage Hub is the
first of its kind in the world and will offer customers the
ability to store, trade and plan supplies of LNG. |

| PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE |

The physical infrastructure, which will provide a base for
DMCC free zone companies and DMCC’s projects, is being
developed in phases all due for completion within early 2008.
DMCC covers a 200-hectare area in a prime location, in the
heart of ‘new Dubai’. DMCC is surrounded by prestigious
projects such as the Palm Island, the Dubai Marina and the
Dubai Internet City.

| Three prestigious, landmark, commercial towers:
Almas, Au and Ag, all freehold towers and a leasehold development
to be announced soon. |

| Almas tower- A building, purpose built
to cater to the specific needs of the diamond industry. The
65-floor tower will be the focal point of DMCC’s development.
With its dramatic glass design and spiralling theme situated
on an island surrounded by water, the Almas Tower will be
a unique addition to Dubai’s skyline. The Dubai Diamond
Exchange will be housed in this building along with gold vaults
and business centre facilities |

| Au Tower- AU Tower (AU being the chemical
symbol of gold) will facilitate the gold & precious metals
market participants on an optional freehold or lease basis.
The tower will be 35 floors high and will house the Dubai
Gold & Commodities Exchange. |

| AG Tower – the AG Tower (Ag being
the chemical symbol for silver) will facilitate market participants
of the precious |

| Jewellery & Gemplex – This complex
houses gold and diamond jewellery manufacturers. The Jewellery
and Gemplex has been designed with consideration to the specific
needs of the industry. The complex consists of workshops,
staff accommodation and common areas for catering and entertainment. |
